We’re partnering with Lauren Wager of Color Collective to use our materials and finishes as a starting point for thoughtfully crafted mood boards. “Working with the Crow Works materials has been a dream! There are so many color options that the combinations of leather, wood, metals, and upholstery are seemingly endless. What’s great about this is that you can really take your project in any direction or mood that you are hoping to create. From dark and moody, to bright and fresh, eclectic, trendy, romantic… the possibilities are limitless.”
Our first round of images are here and we couldn’t be happier. Created with biophilic design in mind, you can see the incorporation of colors and textures found in nature, paired with our hardwoods and nature-inspired finish palette.
In Lauren’s book Color Collective’s Palette Perfect: Color Combinations Inspired by Fashion, Art and Style she points out the importance of color and its impact through design. “…textile design and color palettes aimed at interior design seek combinations to stimulate emotional, physical and sensory experiences.”
To go a step further, we curated Pinterest boards by dissecting and expanding on each of these mood boards. Click each image in this post to check them out and create your own mood boards inspired by the themes from this project. We hope your creative juices are flowing just like ours! Keep an eye out for the next round of design inspo featuring materials, colors, and finishes we’re planning to launch this year!
