What does Crow Works specialize in?

Crow Works manufactures chairs, stools, booths, banquettes, tables, and modular millwork for commercial spaces. We specialize in front-of-house furniture for national restaurant brands.

Where can I buy Crow Works products?

As a commercial manufacturer, we sell directly to our clients. Our products are not available for retail.

Where can I find pricing?

Our pricing is set on a per-client basis, as mutually agreed upon in the client’s MSA.

Do you make custom products?

We work with national brands to develop custom products that meet their specifications. Order minimums apply.

Do you have a showroom?

We invite clients to visit us at our Killbuck, OH manufacturing facility. Please contact your Account Manager to schedule a visit.

Do you have a rep in my area?

How do I care for my products?

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer ACH wire transfer or company check.

When do I need to provide payment?

Our standard payment terms require a 50% deposit to place your order into production with the balance due three weeks prior to the estimated ship date. If you have questions or need different payment arrangements, you can coordinate that with your Account Manager.

How long will it take to receive my products?

We strive to maintain industry-best lead times. Please reach out to your Account Manager for more specific information by product.

Do you have a trade discount or wholesale pricing?

Our pricing is set on a per-client basis, as mutually agreed upon in the client’s MSA.

How can I track my order?

Be assured that the production of your order is on track unless otherwise communicated by your Account Manager. Once your order has shipped, our team will be in touch with tracking details.


Where will my products ship from?

Your order will ship from our Killbuck, OH facility. On average, most orders will be received within 2-3 days.

Are your products shipped fully assembled?

Many of our products are shipped fully assembled or with minimal assembly. Tabletops are predrilled for their corresponding bases. Several of our banquettes are able to ship “knock-down” for reduced shipping costs.

How are your products shipped?

We use either dedicated truck or LTL shipping in most cases. Products are boxed and palletized with care.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary based on order quantity, size, and delivery location. Shipping cost is always included in your quote unless otherwise requested.

Do you offer a touch-up kit?

We are able to ship touch-up materials for our products upon request. Please reach out to us at [email protected].

What can I do if my product has arrived damaged?

Please contact us at [email protected] and provide photos of damage to the packaging and product. Warranty claims for freight damage must be submitted within 48 hours if you suspect a damaged or incorrect delivery.

Other claims are subject to our standard warranty.
